Qube Ports & Bulk have taken the delivery of the BA-110CF2 ramshorn forged hook attachment for reach stackers from Tec Container Asia Pacific. The ramshorn duplex hook (DIN 15402-B) has 50-tonne capacity and is customised to meet Qube’s special requirements with a lower lifting point in the middle of the hook. The reach stacker attachment has already left our factory and it is currently en route to the depot of Qube in Picton, Bunbury, Western Australia. Qube has been a long-time client of Tec Container and we are very proud to supply Qube continuously over the years.
The BA-110C reach stacker attachment will turn any ISO 20-foot spreaders into a crane with rotary hook or into a lifting frame for general cargo, increasing, consequently, the capabilities of your standard spreader. There are two kinds of hooks available: lifting hook 15401/15402 N20 (BA-110CF1 & BA-110CF2) and TEC’S own design hook (BA-110C & BA-110). The latching points are ISO holes specially designed to match a twist-lock from any standard ISO spreader completely.
Features of the BA-110C Reach Stacker Attachment
- Safe Working Load:50T
- Rotary hook (2 degrees of freedom) installed at the centre of the main frame
- There are four lifting lugs (SWL=20T), two at the centre of the longitudinal beams and two more at the centre of the crossbeams. This load cannot exceed a maximum inclination of 6º from the vertical axis).
- There are also four lifting points (SWL=10T), equipped with shackles, installed at all four corners of the frame. This load cannot exceed a maximum inclination of 6º from the vertical axis)
